Your transfers are guaranteed against defects for one full year from the date of purchase. If, during this period, a defect occurs, simply contact us and we’ll send you a replacement completely free—no fuss.

Cancellation and Refunds Policy

You can cancel your order for custom transfers anytime before we begin production and receive a full refund. To check if your order is still eligible for cancellation, just get in touch with us.

Once you receive your transfers, if they don’t match your original order (based on the details you submitted on our website) or they are defective, we’ll send a replacement. In some cases, we may offer a full refund at our discretion.

As each order is custom-made, we do not accept returns.
